Despite the technical limitations of the original DS, Strange Journey was a masterclass in atmosphere. The original Strange Journey remains my favorite Shin Megami Tensei game - a tough-as-nails dive into some of the most atmospheric settings in gaming. As our resident Atlus-holic (they don’t pay me, really), I’m completely thrilled. All three should be amazing games. Etrian Odyssey V, Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux, and Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology have all been confirmed for localization through test web pages discovered on Atlus’ site.
Just when I thought I might be done with my 3DS, some intrepid web detectives have dug up a few reasons to keep the system around.
