The speed it took to teleport those chunks were pretty damn fast, and I'd say faster than Naruto can move long-distance-wise (not saying he isn't fast). It means he used the Power Stone to create them (as in break them apart) then used the Space Stone to teleport them and attack. There are literally huge chucks of surface and rock.
